About Hannah

Hannah focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, internal investigations and white collar defense. She has represented companies in civil litigation in state and federal courts, and in arbitrations before multiple tribunals, on a range of issues, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, trade secret claims and breach of contract claims. She has also represented companies and individuals in multiple investigations and prosecutions before the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission, and conducts high-stakes and sensitive investigations for companies.

Hannah’s recent representations include serving as:

  • Claimant’s counsel in an American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration regarding breach of contract and trade secrets
  • Defendant’s counsel in a securities class action brought against a pharmaceutical company in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY)
  • Counsel for a secured creditor in connection with the Chapter 11 reorganization of a large technology and real estate company
  • Plaintiff’s counsel in an action for breach of contract and related claims, brought against a former licensing partner in the SDNY
  • Counsel for a secured creditor in connection with a Chapter 11 reorganization in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas
