
About Hannah
Hannah represents clients in complex commercial disputes and high-stakes government and internal investigations. Experienced in trial and appellate work, she maintains an active pro bono practice focused on criminal defense and civil rights.
Before joining Cooley, Hannah clerked for Judge John G. Koeltl of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Andrew D. Hurwitz of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also served as the inaugural Curtis-Liman fellow at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Connecticut and Yale Law School’s Arthur Liman Center for Public Interest Law.
During law school, Hannah represented clients in federal criminal cases through the Peter Gruber Challenging Mass Incarceration Clinic and completed internships at the Federal Defenders of New York for the Southern District and the King County Department of Public Defense in Washington state.
