Hannah Barcus

Hannah focuses on M&A and private equity investments. She represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, growth equity investors, and closely held businesses in a range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, growth equity investments and exits.

In law school, Hannah served as president of the Sports Law Society and interned for the University of Southern California’s Office of Athletic Compliance.
