About Hanna
Hanna advises clients on antitrust and competition issues, including M&A, compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and antitrust counseling. She has experience in matters before the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission and across various industries, including consumer goods, travel services, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and financial services.
Before joining Cooley, Hanna was an associate in the New York office of a multinational law firm, where she covered antitrust and life sciences and US Food and Drug Administration regulatory matters, including internal and government-led investigations for pharma, biotech and medical device companies. She was formerly a legal fellow at a reproductive rights nonprofit. Hanna is actively involved in pro bono efforts.
In law school, Hanna was executive development editor of the Michigan Law Review. She has a background in academic and clinical research.
