About Han

Han represents emerging growth companies at all stages and the investors that finance them. In addition to strategic counseling, her practice encompasses venture capital financings, M&A, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Han maintains an active pro bono practice focused on nonprofit counseling. She is fluent in Mandarin.
