About Han
Han focuses on representing emerging growth companies at all stages and the investors that finance these companies. In addition to providing strategic counseling, her practice encompasses venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Han also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on nonprofit counseling. Han is fluent in Mandarin.
