About Haley

Haley advises emerging and high-growth companies, venture capital funds, and public companies on general corporate and securities law matters. She represents her clients through all stages of the business life cycle, including venture financings, public company offerings and M&A.

Before joining Cooley, Haley was an associate in the corporate group of a US-based international law firm. In law school, she served as online managing editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal.
