Guiying Ji

Guiying advises public and private companies on complex corporate finance and securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, de-SPAC business combinations, public mergers and acquisitions and  cross-border securities offerings. She also advises on corporate governance, shareholder meetings, annual reports, proxy statements, and US Securities and Exchange Commission and stock exchange reporting and disclosure requirements. She counsels management teams and directors as their companies transition to public ownership. Her experience spans life sciences, technology, financial services, media and energy.

Before joining Cooley, Guiying was an associate in the capital markets group at another US-based international law firm.
