About Greg

Greg advises privately held and publicly traded companies throughout the company life cycle, from formation to liquidity events. His practice also includes counseling early-stage companies and investors on corporate matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations and corporate governance.

At law school, Greg served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review and completed legal internships at the Blockchain Association and DeFi Education Fund.
