About Giselle

Giselle practices general corporate law, with a focus on representing emerging private and public companies. She assists clients on transactional matters, including venture financings, debt financings, public offerings, corporate governance, and securities reporting and compliance. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Before joining Cooley, Giselle earned her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She also served on the board of the Latinx Law Students Association and participated in the Lawyering in the Digital Age Clinic. She received a master’s in the social science of the internet from the University of Oxford as a Jarvis and Constance Doctorow Fellow and holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from Columbia University.
