
About Giselle
Giselle represents clients in the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) industry in various transactional and regulatory matters. She assists clients in structuring and negotiating technology agreements. She also advises clients on licensing and regulatory compliance related to space communications and satellite operations. She has experience representing emerging technology companies in venture financings, debt financings, and securities reporting and compliance. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Cooley, Giselle earned her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. She also served on the board of the Latinx Law Students Association and participated in the Lawyering in the Digital Age Clinic. She received a master’s in the social science of the internet from the University of Oxford as a Jarvis and Constance Doctorow fellow and holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from Columbia University.
