Ferish is a US-qualified corporate partner whose practice focuses on cross-border growth equity and private capital transactions. He represents fast-growth companies, financial sponsors and institutional investors in connection with minority and control investments, joint ventures, buyouts, and exits across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US.
Ferish also advises boards on governance matters for founder-led and sponsor-backed businesses. His experience includes designing governance frameworks, aligning investor and founder rights, advising on succession planning, and helping companies navigate sensitive boardroom concerns.
He has extensive experience advising companies and investors in the technology, healthcare, life sciences, digital infrastructure and consumer sectors. Having practiced in Asia, the US and Europe, Ferish brings a global perspective that allows clients to manage complex cross-border considerations.
