Fergal Duggan

Fergal Duggan is an associate in Cooley’s London litigation department, and is part of the international product compliance and litigation team. Fergal advises global companies spanning a wide-range of sectors and jurisdictions on their international product compliance obligations, especially concentrating on EU products law.

Fergal is closely involved in the firm’s work on policy issues stemming from the regulation of product safety and liability. He has also been involved in some of the most major, high-value recent UK litigation, alongside large-scale, multi-jurisdictional arbitrations as part of a secondment to Singapore. He has experience in white collar crime, commercial tech and media and is passionate about using his experience to assist pro bono clients.
