About Felicity

Felicity leads various innovation initiatives at Cooley as the associate director of practice innovation. In this role, she partners with attorneys to explore and implement emerging technologies – especially artificial intelligence (AI) – to transform how legal services are delivered and elevate the attorney and client experience. Her work focuses on incubating new tools, driving adoption and building the next generation of legal practice at the firm.

Before her work at Cooley, Felicity was co-founder and founding CEO of Paladin, the leading pro bono technology platform that empowers thousands of lawyers around the world to connect with opportunities to serve low-income individuals in need of legal help. Through her leadership at Paladin, she was recognized as an NYU Changemaker, an American Bar Association (ABA) Legal Rebel, a Fastcase 50 honoree and a member of the ABA’s Women of Legal Tech.

Prior to launching Paladin, Felicity worked at the United Nations, focusing on International Criminal Court matters, and practiced litigation at another American multinational law firm, where she represented clients in complex global disputes.
