About Evelynna

Evelynna advises emerging growth companies, public companies and venture capital funds on general corporate and securities law matters throughout the business life cycle. Her work encompasses corporate governance, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

In law school, Evelynna served as a student attorney in the Start-Up Ventures Clinic and as co-president of the Duke Law and Technology Society.
