Evan Goldsher

Evan helps shape Cooley’s broader knowledge, innovation and resource strategy for its life sciences and healthcare practice. He works across practice areas to identify emerging legal and market developments, institutionalize substantive knowledge, develop attorney resources and training, and advance the practical use of AI and other technology. His role also encompasses thought leadership and industry programming designed to translate the firm’s experience into insights for the broader life sciences ecosystem.

Evan also advises on intellectual property-based commercial transactions, including licensing, strategic partnerships, research and development collaborations, and manufacturing and supply arrangements.

Before joining Cooley, Evan practiced corporate law at two other international law firms.
