Evan Goldsher

Evan advises Cooley’s life sciences and healthcare practice group on recent trends and developments, as well as on advancing its process innovation and knowledge management strategy. He also counsels the group on a range of intellectual property-based commercial agreements, including license agreements, corporate partnerships, research and development collaborations, and manufacturing and supply agreements.

Before joining Cooley, Evan practiced corporate law at two other international law firms.
