Evan Burroughs

Evan represents clients on a range of corporate matters, including venture capital financings, M&A, private equity transactions, securities offerings and formations. He also advises clients on day-to-day corporate governance and various other corporate and securities law matters.

In law school, Evan served as managing editor of the Georgetown Law Technology Review and worked as a student attorney for the Georgetown University Law Center’s Health Justice Alliance Clinic. Before law school, Evan consulted in various roles for the US Special Operations Command and US Navy.
