Ethan Ebert-Zavos

Ethan advises emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation to day-to-day corporate governance, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. He also advises venture capital funds and investors on financing transactions for early- and late-stage companies.

While at Harvard Law School, Ethan was a member of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project and participated in the Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society.
