About Erika

Erika maintains an active litigation practice representing clients and companies in a range of complex matters to include contract disputes and other commercial litigation, securities litigation, white collar defense and governmental investigations. Her experience encompasses all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions practice and trial preparation. Erika is also passionate about her pro bono practice.

Erika graduated from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the Harvard LGBTQ+ Advocacy Clinic. She also clerked for Judge Gina Méndez-Miró of the US District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

Before pursuing her legal education, Erika was a policy advocate at a nonprofit in Washington, DC, focusing on US adoption and foster care policy.
