About Erica

Erica Pedersen advises private and public companies in a full range of corporate legal projects, including cross-border transactions, private financings, corporate partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions. She provides strategic and legal advice at every stage of a company’s lifecycle. Erica also represents financial and strategic investors in connection with investments, portfolio company governance, and operational matters.

Erica has an active pro bono practice advising social and racial justice organizations across the New York and New England area. She is committed to ensuring that these organizations receive the same level of zealous advocacy and enthusiastic representation as any other client.

While attending Columbia Law School, Erica served as a notes editor of the Columbia Business Law Review, volunteer editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review’s Jailhouse Lawyers Manual, and teaching fellow for Columbia Law School’s Foundational Moot Court Program. Prior to attending law school, Erica served as the acting deputy director of the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission.
