Eric focuses particularly on companies and investors operating at the intersection of sports, technology and consumer engagement.

Before building his transactional practice, Eric was a licensed sports agent and president of a sports management firm, where he negotiated contracts and gained firsthand experience in high-stakes dealmaking and the business of sports.

He also taught middle school and coached high school basketball in inner-city Los Angeles, experiences that shaped his leadership style and relationship-driven approach when advising emerging companies and investors. Earlier in his legal career, Eric practiced as an employment counselor and litigator, representing companies on workplace matters and federal court proceedings. This combination of courtroom and leadership experience gives him a practical perspective that helps clients anticipate challenges, manage complexity and execute with confidence at every stage of a company’s life cycle.
