About Emma

Emma focuses on complex commercial litigation and white-collar matters. They also maintain a robust pro bono practice with a focus on gender-affirming care, reproductive rights and the First Amendment. During law school, Emma briefed, argued and won two prisoner’s civil rights cases in front of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as a member of Berkeley Law’s Ninth Circuit Practicum. Before law school, Emma was a crisis advocate working with survivors of gender-based violence in Vermont and New Hampshire.
