About Emma

Emma focuses on commercial litigation, government investigations and white collar defense. She also represented a US Navy veteran in a high-stakes federal appeal. Before joining Cooley, Emma represented clients in family law matters at both the appellate and district court levels through her law school clinic. While in law school, she served as an editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.
