About Emma
Emma cultivates a broad, complex litigation practice emphasizing commercial and technology matters. She also prioritizes maintaining an active pro bono practice.
In law school, Emma served as a senior editor of the UC Law Journal and competed in moot court competitions, receiving recognition for brief writing and oral advocacy. Through the school’s Startup Legal Garage, she gained practical experience advising early-stage technology companies on legal matters and strategy. Emma further honed her legal writing and research skills through mentoring peers and developing curriculum as a teaching and research fellow.
