About Emily

Emily represents technology and social media clients in consumer protection and data privacy litigation matters, including class actions and state attorney general enforcement actions. She has experience navigating discovery and motion practice in both state and federal court. Emily also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on LGBTQ+ rights and access to justice issues.

During law school, Emily externed at the US District Court for the Central District of California. She also assisted with teaching legal research and writing to 1L students as a research fellow to professor Henry Weinstein.
