About Ellie
Ellie advises public and private companies on a range of debt finance matters, helping management teams identify and execute capital-raising solutions aligned with their business objectives. She works closely with healthcare and life sciences and technology companies to evaluate financing alternatives and align capital strategy with their growth plans. She also advises investment banks and non-bank lenders across a range of debt financing transactions.
Ellie’s experience spans public and private debt financings, including convertible notes and bonds, structured and royalty financings for life sciences companies, and credit facilities for high-growth companies. She also advises clients on restructurings and workout situations.
Ellie also advises corporate clients on derivatives transactions, including negotiating International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) master agreements, interest rate swaps and other hedging arrangements in connection with credit facilities, foreign exchange matters and bespoke equity derivatives transactions such as call spreads, accelerated share repurchases and forward share repurchases and sales.
