Ella Nguyen

Ella practices general business and corporate law. She advises emerging growth and public companies across a range of industries, as well as investors, at all stages of the company life cycle. Her practice includes representing companies and investors in venture and private financings, governance matters, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

While at Santa Clara University School of Law, Ella served as articles editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal and was the director of community service for the school’s Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Before joining Cooley, Ella was an associate in the emerging companies and venture capital group of a US-based international law firm.
