Ella Donegan

Ella advises clients on corporate matters across the business life cycle, with a particular focus on transactions in the tech sector. Her experience includes advising investors and companies, from startups to high-growth companies, on projects including venture capital financings, M&A and general corporate transactions.

Before beginning her law career, Ella worked as a medical doctor in the National Health Service.
