Elizabeth M. Morrison

Elizabeth is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She advises clients through various stages of the company life cycle – including matters ranging from corporate governance and venture capital financings to mergers & acquisitions and initial public offerings.

While attending law school, Elizabeth interned at MetroWest Legal Services and served as a student attorney in the Project Entrepreneur clinic. She also held leadership positions in the Black Law Students Association.
