About Elise

Elise represents emerging companies, public companies and VC funds. She advises clients on matters including formation, VC financings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations.

In law school, Elise served as an articles editor on the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and a presidential advisor for the Student Bar Association. She was also a general board member of the William & Mary Public Service Fund, supporting fellow law students pursuing public service careers. As a participant in the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic, Elise advocated for veterans seeking disability compensation from the US Department of Veterans Affairs.

In the summer of 2022, Elise worked at an international energy solutions company, analyzing its regulatory compliance risks.
