About Elisa

Elisa counsels clients on a broad range of intellectual property (IP) and technology-related transactions. She has advised clients across various industries, including in the digital venture, media and real estate sectors. Elisa’s practice includes drafting and negotiating agreements for the following:

  • Content licensing and distribution
  • Professional services and consulting
  • Data licensing
  • Technology development
  • Operational services for scientific research facilities
  • Artwork commissions and other IP creation

Elisa also advises clients regarding right of publicity, copyright and trademark issues.

Elisa’s pro bono practice includes technology and IP contract negotiation and counseling for clients that offer educational services, provide volunteer services, and gather oral histories.
