Elisa Rosen counsels clients, including digital ventures, media companies and clients in the healthcare field, on a broad range of intellectual property and operational matters, including commercial contracts, content and technology licensing and the development and operation of websites and mobile applications.

In addition, Elisa's practice includes drafting and negotiating professional services, content licensing, SaaS, software licensing, data licensing and advertisement placement agreements. She also counsels clients on the availability and registration of trademarks and service marks, prosecutes applications for registration of trademarks and service marks and has represented clients in adversary proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
