Elina practices corporate law with a focus on advising international startups entering the US market. She works extensively with emerging and technology companies, with particular experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and clean energy.

Elina counsels early‑stage and growth‑stage clients on corporate matters, including cross‑border structuring, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions and US securities compliance.

• Representing a research and development company in a round of simple agreement for future equity financing with a valuation of $100 million*
• Representing an AI-driven enterprise optimization company in a $3 million reorganization involving intellectual property assignment and a set-off transaction*
• Representing a financial services provider in drafting a $40 million convertible promissory note transaction with a company in the United Arab Emirates*
• Working as a trust and safety associate, investigating and updating the hate speech policy for YouTube users located in France and Canada*
