About Elaine

Elaine focuses on advising corporate issuers and investment banks on US and Hong Kong capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and bond issuances. Her experience also includes representing publicly listed companies on ongoing corporate governance and securities law compliance.

Elaine is admitted to practice in New York. Before joining Cooley, she worked as an associate for two other international law firms in Hong Kong.

Elaine is fluent in English and is a native Mandarin speaker.
