
About Edward
Ed focuses his practice on a range of areas, including commercial litigation and investigations as well as privacy matters. Before joining Cooley, he clerked for Judge Kent Jordan of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Claire Eagan of the US District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
While in law school, Ed served as a law clerk to the special advisor to the chair at the Federal Trade Commission. He was also the executive online editor of the Fordham Law Review and a first-year Decennial Fellow for the Center on Law and Information Policy.
Before law school, Ed had a career in marketing and advertising for more than seven years, leveraging big data and the latest adtech and marketing tech to develop and implement campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
