Edmond Lay

Edmond represents emerging and high-growth companies and their investors, from ideation through exit. He has substantial experience representing clients in financings, governance matters, M&A and other strategic transactions, including joint ventures, collaborations, divestures and corporate restructuring.

Edmond has an active pro bono practice and serves on the board of directors of the San Diego Natural History Museum.
