About Eamonn
Eamonn is a skilled intellectual property attorney, with experience in a variety of technologies. His practice focuses on litigation, and he continues to maintain an active patent prosecution and counseling practice.
Eamonn has litigated cases involving wireless communication standards and devices, semiconductor device design and fabrication, video and audio codecs, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, motion sensing, voice control systems, photovoltaic modules, thin film deposition systems, spectroscopic devices and software. He has experience representing clients in district court litigation, arbitration, International Trade Commission investigations and Patent Office proceedings, in addition to advising clients on issues related to the abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) process and the abbreviated regulatory pathway for biosimilars, created via the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
