Drew Kemp

Drew focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities matters. He advises public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, minority investments and divestitures of all sizes.

Before joining Cooley, Drew was an associate at a US-based international law firm, where he primarily represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and general corporate matters.
