Drew Carrico

Drew focuses his practice on the formation and representation of private investment funds, including venture capital and private equity funds.

Before joining Cooley, Drew was an associate in the investment management group at another US-based law firm, where he concentrated on private fund formation. During law school, he interned at a boutique investment bank.
