About Drew

Drew advises clients on corporate matters, such as formation, financing, governance and public offerings. 

At Boston University School of Law, Drew served as a Lawyering Fellow in the First-Year Lawyering Program as well as a note development editor for the Boston University International Law Journal. Before joining Cooley, Drew gained experience working at another international law firm.
