About Nica
Nica represents clients in commercial and securities litigation, working with companies doing cutting edge work in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cybersecurity, gaming, and education.
Nica’s recent work includes representing a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company in a securities litigation matter, a healthcare technology company in an advertising dispute against a competitor, and a national provider of private education in securities litigation arising from its initial public offering.

During law school, she mediated active disputes in California Superior Court. She served as co-chair of a student organization devoted to making quality legal services accessible to all people and communities, and provided pro bono legal assistance to people navigating employment disputes and housing instability. Nica has also published in the UCLA Journal of Gender and Law, writing about reproductive technology, rights and justice in constitutional law. Before law school, Nica presented on the ethical and policy considerations of CRISPR-Cas9 as a reproductive technology at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research.
