Dillon advises US and international clients on national security matters, with an emphasis on the regulatory aspects of cross-border transactions. His practice centers on matters before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US (CFIUS) and the Outbound Investment Security Program. Dillon has advised on 100+ CFIUS filings, negotiated dozens of complex National Security Agreements, and successfully guided clients through sensitive government inquiries and investigations.
