About Dianna

Dianna focuses her practice on investment funds, with a concentration in venture capital and private fund formation.

She brings operational steadiness to the full life cycle of fund formation and maintenance, coordinating across attorneys, fund managers, investors and administrators – including entity formation, investor onboarding, and Securities and Exchange Commission compliance.

Before joining Cooley, Dianna was at two international law firms.
