About Diana
Diana represents public and private companies through various stages of the business life cycle in matters including formation, venture capital financings, corporate governance, M&A and initial public offerings.
Diana also has an active pro bono practice across matters involving immigration, voting rights, criminal justice reform and access to housing.
Before law school, Diana worked for nearly a decade as a data analyst, editor and educator across a range of industries, including publishing and election research.
