Before joining Cooley, Dexter was a litigation paralegal at other global law firms, where he managed complex, high-profile civil matters involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, products liability, healthcare and other commercial litigation. He also successfully led trial support teams to secure favorable jury and bench verdicts in numerous high-stakes civil cases in state and federal courts involving novel and bet-the-company litigation issues, among others.
