Denny Won

Denny Won’s practice focuses on public and private securities offerings. He represents both investment banks and issuers in a variety of equity and debt transactions, including initial public offerings, other equity offerings, and high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings.

Denny also advises companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations and stock exchange requirements.
