Dennis Liu

Dennis advises clients on all matters related to real estate transactions, including commercial and industrial leasing and property acquisitions and dispositions nationwide. He has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in complex real estate deals from the drafting and due diligence stages to closing. Previously, Dennis served as counsel to the District of Columbia Zoning Commission, where he advised commissioners on local zoning and land use matters.
