Debbie Wilkins

Debbie Wilkins is a paralegal specialist in the emerging companies practice group and a member of Cooley's business department. She has 40+ years of experience in working with emerging growth companies in a variety of corporate and securities transactions, including venture capital financings, M&A, public offerings, and ongoing corporate maintenance matters. Prior to joining Cooley in 2008, Debbie was a legal specialist at Heller Ehrman, a senior paralegal at Venture Law Group and a senior paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
