David Powers

David works with other Cooley attorneys, the firm’s litigation and eDiscovery services, and outside vendors to provide efficient, cost-effective discovery of electronically stored information for litigation and regulatory matters. He works regularly and extensively with Cooley’s internal review platforms, as well as numerous eDiscovery vendors’ review and analytical tools, and supervises teams of contract attorneys. He joined the firm in 2024.
