About David

David has accumulated a broad range of knowledge and extensive experience assisting with preparation of memoranda submitted to various state and federal courts, including the US Supreme Court, while primarily spending most of his career with the firm’s tax group. David joined Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman in 1979, which merged with Cooley in 2006, and is currently assigned to the Washington, DC, office. For the past several years, while part of Cooley’s business restructuring & reorganization practice, David has spent a great deal of time working with Legal Services of New York City’s Bankruptcy Assistance Program filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions for indigent clients.
