Darina Shtrakhman

Darina Shtrakhman practices general litigation with a focus on technology and privacy matters. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Darina was a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Wendy Beetlestone in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also worked on cases in the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, on which Judge Beetlestone sat by designation.

While at Berkeley Law, Darina interned at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and served on the executive committee of the California Law Review.
