Daniel Tsai

Daniel advises private and public companies at all stages of growth on corporate matters. His practice includes venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Before joining Cooley, Daniel was an operations analyst at Google. While attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, he served as a judicial extern to US Magistrate Judge Autumn D. Spaeth of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Daniel also externed for the US Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

In addition to his transactional practice, Daniel is passionate about public service and maintains an active pro bono practice.
