About Daniel

Daniel advises private and public companies at all stages of growth on corporate matters.

Before joining Cooley, Daniel advised startups across the country on how to win and manage funding from the federal Small Business Innovation and Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. His law practice is informed by his prior experiences working with small businesses, emerging companies and university-affiliated companies on business strategy, as well as his background in teaching entrepreneurship to college students and professionals.
